The Best Ever Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip
This has been my go-to appetizer for over 20 years! It's quick and easy to whip up, and is sure to please the whole crowd! Great for a book club, game night, shower, girl's night in, or even just for dinner!

1 Large Mixing bowl
1 Medium baking dish
- 1 box Frozen chopped spinach thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
- 1 can Artichokes
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 block Cream Cheese softened
- 2 cloves Garlic pressed or minced
- 1 Tablespoon Minced onion
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 2 cups Italian Cheese Blend or Mozzerella and Parmesan Mix Shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Greshly ground pepper
- Pita chips, tortilla chips, crostini, crackers, pretzels, or veggies for serving
Preheat the oven to 350.
Grease a medium baking dish or deep pie plate.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Bake, uncovered, 45-60 minutes, until the top begins to brown and the edges are bubbly.
Serve immediately.
