Peggy's Cheeseburger French Fry Pie

A new take on your burger and fries all wrapped up in one casserole! I got this recipe from my Mother-in-Law, Peggy, and it's one of my husband's favorite meals. I never made it until after she passed away from cancer, but now everyone I make it for loves it!
